Challenge

Appointed by this global real estate adviser, QCM's brief was to brand and help promote the official launch of their new offices in Newcastle city centre and raise their profile amongst the company’s key targets within the city.

Response

QCM was responsible for generating a high impact creative concept that was executed across the invitations, a change-of-address mail-out and all event signage. Consistent with the company’s branding but focusing on a theme unique to the new building, the marketing material was attention grabbing, interesting and informative.

Results

Marketing support provided by QCM helped deliver an extremely successful event with a positive response rate of 17% to the invitations resulting in high attendance at the event and a corresponding rise in profile of the company’s new offices within the city.
