Challenge
Appointed by this leading regional house builder in 2005, Quest’s brief was to help promote a number of key new housing developments across the North West, maximising home buyer interest and property sales across all sites.
Response
A review of existing advertising material resulted in a revised creative strategy and a structured advertising campaign in local and regional press has been augmented by ongoing editorial stories to maximise awareness of specific sites.
Quest has also designed and produced a new corporate brochure as well as site-specific literature to assist with the sales process.
